It is in those times that I observe the needs around me,
that I journey into God’s Love.
He has caused me to see the needs of my family,
in the life of the ‘love of my life’,
in the lives of my children,
in the lives of my grand-children.
It is in this time of deep searching,
that I find Him.
The love of God through His Word,
the love of God in His faithfulness, forgiveness and mercy,
the love of God through His Son,
whose sacrifice on the Cross that I ponder.
In this time that I am filled with the ‘Rush’ of His love,
today, and in thoughts of my experiences with Him,
He is here even when my emotions block my view.
In the beginning, at the creation of His first beings,
in His chosen people Israel and adoption of the Gentiles,
He Must Have Been Thinking Of Me!
